  Today was my first training. I am very happy to join. Training was very exhausting but effective. I like it very much.

  I love going to Pureclas Fitness! I was so weak and unfit after pregnancy but Paul and James have been fantastic and I've come so far in such a short amount of time! I lost a stone In a week, those results speak for them self like Couldn't recommend these guys enough

  I started training in pureclass after I had my baby. Previous to that I was training 5 days a week in other fitness stuidos around the area but my body fat was always around 20 % . After 3 months and only 3 days a week it dropped to 15%.Theses lads know there stuff but be prepared to be pushed.

  Pureclass is the best place to get fit and feel good. Have met such great people here and am delighted to consider them good friends now. Paul and his trainers are wonderful. If you need to do something just turn up you won't regret it I can promise you that.

  If you want to lose weight or get fit then there's no other place to go !!! I personally have lost 3 and half stone so far and now I look forward to going to class

  I've been training with pure class nearly a year and half now with classes and personal training and the results are amazing and getting stronger every class I do, definitely recommend pure class best trainers around

  Been training with Paul and Graham 3 months now and i can honestly say ive never felt stronger or seen such significant results in myself. Im more match fit now after these classes then over the past 13 years playing camogie. Couldnt recommend them more!

  Super classes!!!! Really enjoyed the 360 class tonight and everyone was so nice especially Geraldine and the amazing Clare who went from a size 18 to a 6!!!!! Inspired isn't the word!! Thank you Paul I will certainly be back

  Highly recommend Paul and Graham they are amazing at what they do .. I can honestly say I wouldn't of felt so great on my wedding day without these guys support. Anyone looking to get in shape this is the gym to go to !

  Just had my first personnel training session and have to say what a session. Looking forward to the next one and getting back into shape.

  Had my first circuit class last night and my first experience in pure class fitness studio. Straight away was given a warm welcome from Paul & Graham. I was brought along by my friend audrey sheridan who highly recommended it to me. I can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else. Will definitely be going back really enjoyed the class, atmosphere and how helpful and patient the lads were

  Only doing these classes a couple of weeks but they are amazing. I look forward to going to the class each time as they are always varied. They guys take a great interest in ensuring you are doing things correctly and to the best of your ability and I am super excited about reaching my personal goals over the coming months with pureclass

  Been training in Paul's studio for almost a month now and I can honestly say I will never step foot in the gym again! This place is worth every penny. Spent years running endlessly on treadmills not really knowing what I was doing or getting a proper workout! Only now after just a month am I already seeing amazing changes in my body. So much more definition and I really enjoy the buzz at the classes aswell, if you want to look amazing and start enjoying working out this is the place to go!!
